質問

100個の商品を必要数ごとに分納で配達希望とのことですが、
必要数量と、数量ごとの配送日時を教えてください。

とお客様に伝えたいのですが、

if you would like to have the product by separated,
please let us know the quantity you needed , and delivery date on the basis of each quantity.

でよろしいでしょうか？

実はお客様には1度目に、please tell me the quantity you needed and delivery date　と伝えました。
すると1回目の数量と日時だけの返事が来てしまいました。
私としては数量ごとに配達日も指定してくれるだろうと考えていたのですが、伝わりませんでした。

どうにか1回で
「12月24日までに10個、12月30日までに20個・・・」
というような回答を頂きたいのですが、どう質問すればよろしいでしょうか？

I understand that you want 100 of the items delivered separately. So please let us know how many of them you want to receive by when for the first delivery and how many by when for the second delivery, how many by when for the third, and so on. We want to know how many times we should ship those 100 items and how many of the items you need for each separate delivery and by when you want the first, the second or the other deliveries.

example)
"Please deliver them in four times.
1st time 30 items by December 24th.
2nd time 20 of them by December 31.
3rd time 25 by January 10.
4th time 25 by January 20."

If you would like to divide the date of shipping into several days, could you tell us which day we should ship and how many you need for each day?

これで大丈夫だと思います。
basis on～を使うのも手ですが、なるべく分かりやすくシンプルに伝えるほうが良いかと思います。
