高校のとき、「本来の目的のために向かう時は無冠詞」と習いました。 ちなみに、ネイティヴの感覚では、名詞に冠詞が付くのでなく、先ず aかtheか無冠詞か がありき、でその後補足的に具体的名詞が付くそうです。 前者は数ある働ける場所の中の１つだからa、後者は、学校ではなく、勉強するところという概念だから無冠詞。

I just started high school, and it's been going great, but it's kind of crazy. A lot of people who know me know that I'm a silly person. I try to be funny when I can, and I love making people laugh. Sometimes I joke with my friends in class, but I wonder whether that makes me look immature. Should I stop joking around at school so I don't look incompetent? I had some reservations about us living together right away, but then we had no choice because he didn’t have money to get his own place. So right away it was tense. こんばんは。 質問なのですが、「Taking out a key from his bag,ho opened the box.」を接続詞を使って書き換える時「As he took out a key from his bag・・・」となるのはどうしてなんでしょうか？訳すと「彼はバッグから鍵を取り出して、箱を開けた」となるのですが、「as」には「～して」といういみがあるのですか？「and」では駄目なんでしょうか？ あと「ａ」と「the」の使い分けはどのようにするのでしょうか？ 教えてください。

I bought the bag at that store. どちらの文が自然なのでしょうか？ (3) There is a bottle of water in the refrigerator. とは言っても There is a bottle of water in my refrigerator. とは言わないのではないでしょうか？ 英作文をする時によく悩んでしまいます。どういう状況には定冠詞、どういう状況には所有格、といった使い分けがあるのでしょうか？
