「明日は晴れて欲しい」の英文をネットで調べたら、”I hope it will fine tomorrow”と”I hope it will be fine tomorrow”の２通りあったのですが、”be”は必要ですか？？ それとも、別の言い方をするのでしょうか？

I hope that の英文でthat以下が未来の話であっても willが無い場合がありますが、どう言う場合はwillが必要で どう言う場合はwillがいらないのでしょうか？ 同じ英文でも I hope that it will be fine tomorrow. もあれば、 I hope that it is fine tomorrow. もありました。 他にもwillが(will）と括弧してあったりするのもありました。 willが必要・不必要を教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。
