as ～ (as …）というのは形容詞・副詞の程度を比較するもので， ここでは good という単語について用いればすむことです。 be good at ～という熟語であっても同じこと。 ただ，as good as とはさまると決まっているわけでなく， She is good at tennis. Her sister is good at tennis. という比較で， good に「同じくらい」という as を左につけます。 She is AS good at tennis ここまで行ってから 「～のように」という接続詞 as で次とつなぐ。 だから，As good at tennis AS her sister is (good at tennis) という形になります。 She is good at tennis (very) much. という英語を考えて，much の程度を比較した， というのなら上ですが，普通に very good と言えばすむことですので， good について as as を使えばいいのです。
