和訳・文法がわかりません。
It must be fair enough to be rich to rear three kids, accommodation and education. この文なんですが、enought 形容詞 to という使い方が正しいと思うのですが、 僕の意見は正しいのでしょうか。 直訳すると、 三人の子供を育てるために、十分に豊かであるほど有望でないといけない であってますか。 日本語がかなりおかしいような気もしますが、 文法的（副詞はこれみたいな説明）・直訳・和訳を教えてください。

その文は間違いがあると思います。 "It must be fair enough to be <able> to rear three kids, and <provide> accommodation<s> and education." のほうがいいと思います。 この文の前は、誰かの収入についてを話した感じです。ここの "it" は"収入"が表していると気がしています。 ie. Her income is fair. It must be fair enough to be <able> to rear three kids, accommodation and education." "fair" が "普通な (特によいではなくて、特に悪いでもない)" や "いい" の意味があります。(fare と違いますね。) "収入がかなりよくて、3人の子どもを育ちたり、衣食住や教育を供するに足る金があるはずです。"の感じです。 (日本語がよくないので、この文が間違いがあれば、教えてください。それに、気にしないでください。)

The food order(S) for the meeting(前置詞句) must be sent to the caterer （前置詞句副詞的用法）by Friday at 5PM（前置詞句の副詞適用法）. この文はSVCらしいのですが、must以降が文法的にSVOCに分ける分け方がわかりません。 １，must be sentで受動態ですよね？be sentがC補語になるのでしょうか？ ２，C補語の位置には名詞と形容詞が来れると思うのですが、be sentこれは名詞句ということですかね？ 3,to the catererは前置詞句の副詞句扱いでしょうか？ よろしくおねがいします

The three groups perfomed about equally well on "physical learning"-locating hidden objects, figuring out the source of noise, understanding the concepts of more and less, using a stick to get something that's out of reach. And indeed, the kids were of an age-2 1/2 years old-where it's widely known that they do perform about as well as chimps in such tests. So for example, the scientists would hide a trat of some kind-a toy, or some food-behind a box, while the test subjects looked on. The kids, chimps and orangs would have to be sophisticated enough to know that the object disappearing from view didn't mean it stopped existing, and had to be able to figure out where it had gone. All three groups did equally well at this sort of thing.

「and what are these dots here next to the canal supposed to be ?」という文があるんです。訳は、運河の隣にあるこの点は何なのかな？と書いてありました。スケッチの場面です。そこでですが,be supposed to と、とって直訳すると、～と思われている、と思うんですが、直訳を意訳に解釈するのは、なれるしかないとおもいますか？僕はそう思って、英語に励んでます。次に、hereやnext to the canal というのは、副詞と副詞句と解釈したんですが、副詞関係が２回連続で使われることもあるのでしょうか？
