海外のソフトウェア開発会社へ英文でリクエストをする必要があります。
どなかた英訳をお願い出来ればありがたいです。
以下が内容です。

○○○について新たなリクエストがありメールをしました。

現在の録画ファイルは、２チャンネル映像のAVIになっていますが、
この録画ファイルより片方のチャンネル映像だけを取り出すことは可能でしょうか？

警察や保険会社は2チャンネル対応のプレイバックソフトを使用出来ないため、
ユーザーが片方のチャンネル映像だけを取り出して、1チャンネル映像のAVIにコンバートする必要があります。

今後の拡販の為に、現在のソフトにコンバータ機能をぜひ追加していただきたいです。

This mail requests to add one more function to ○○○.

Current video file is 2-channel AVI file. However, is it possible to extract single-channel video file?

Some clients like police departments and insurance companies do not own the software to see 2-channel video. Thus, they have to extract single-channel video and convert it to 2-channel AVI file.

In order to help us to expand the sales, it is imperative that we add this conversion function to our existing software.
