質問

彼は気難しそうに見えるの英訳について、どれも文法的に正しいでしょうか。

私は最初に
He looks difficult to deal with.
He seems difficult to-
にしたのですが、
He is difficult というような構文はだめ、といわれたようなことを思い出したりして。

下記にもいくつか考えてみましたが、正しいでしょうか。
組み合わせについても、この組み合わせは仕えるが、この組み合わせは、使えないというのが
あれば、教えてください。
