サプリメント注文後の発送連絡が遅く、問い合わせ中の状況について

私も以前に同じような経験があります。 同じくサプリなど扱うオンラインショッピングサイトで数日後から数週間後に品物が発送予定のびてさらに一ヶ月待ってもまだ発送されなかったのでキャンセルしました。 メールの問い合わせには一切応答はなく電話を何度かしてやっと事が収まりました。 注文した品物が発送準備のプロセス前ならキャンセル可能とあります。 http://www.myvitanet.com/help/create_ticket.cfm?rid=3&faq_id=14 I have been waiting for my order more than six weeks.,but I have not received it yet ,so I would like to cancel my order.
