これの訳し方が分かりません・・
This reminds us that it is not the matter of a play and the experiences it deals with that make it a comedy or tragedy,but theperspective it sets up. 文章の構造が分かるように（出来れば直訳で）訳していただけるとありがたいです。 宜しくお願いします。

ただいま、英語を猛勉強中の受験生です。（＾＾；） 問題集を読んでて分からない文に突き当たったので、分かりやすく文の構造を教えていただきたいのですが。 Yet it needs but a moment's reflection to convince us that this naturalness of speach is but an illusory feeling. 訳を見ても意訳してあって、イマイチよく分かりません。 その訳には、『しかし、ほんのちょっと考察してみるだけで、言葉のこのような自然さは根拠のない錯覚であるにすぎないことが納得できる。』とあるのですが。 butがどのような役割をしているのかが、「・・・？」です。 あと、needsが述語・・・？ 特に解説は書いてなかったので、難しくない文なのだとは思いますが。どなたか教えてください。

"And we all abide by the law under the regulations, but we cannot project what is next before it takes place." 前半部分は必要ないかもしれませんが、一応載せておきました。 (1)but we cannot project what is next before it takes placeがよくわかりません。 what is nextつまりnext thingということでしょうか？ 「私たちはそれが行われる前に次のことを計画できない」 しかしwhat is nextが「次のこと」になる自信がありません。。。 (2)we all abide…と言われていますがall of usと同じでしょうか？ 普通に見た感じ意味はわかったのですが、all of us より簡単？というか軽い言い方に見えました。何か違いはあるのでしょうか？ お願いします。
