次の文章はどう訳せばいいでしょうか？
What would this model suggest be done? このモデルが提案するようなことがなされただろうか？ 文法的になんで、ｂｅなのか？という疑問です。仮定法ですかね？ もしこのモデルがなにかを提案したとしたら、それはなされていただろうか？ 的なニュアンスですか？わかりません。教えてください。

What would I be crying for?! なんで俺が泣くんだよ！…という文です。 What for?「なんで/何のために」 I be crying「俺は泣いている」 would「だろう？？」…となってしまい意味がよくわかりません。wouldはおそらく仮定法だと思うのですが、どう訳せばいいですか。

A group of European astronomers has obtained a photograph of what appears to be a planet orbiting another star. 「他の星の周りを回っている惑星の写真が発見された」 と、ここまではいいのですが、下記の文に疑問があります。 If this is true, it would be the first confirmed picture of a world beyond our solar system. もし仮定法なら、 If this was true, it would ... If this were to be true, it would ... などとなるべきではないでしょうか？ これは英文としてあっているのでしょうか？（とある新聞系メルマガの文章です）

和英辞典や文法書では 現在の推量 may ～かもしれない might ～かもしれない（控えめ） can ～はありうる could ～かもしれない（控えめ） will ～だろう would ～だろう（控えめ） should ～のはずだ must ～に違いない 過去の推量 may have done ～したかもしれない might have done ～したかもしれない could have done ～したかもしれない should have done ～したはずだ must have done ～したに違いない となっています。 そこで英英辞典であるロングマンとオックスフォードで意味を調べたのですが、 wouldの現在の推量の項目だけが見当たりません。 他の助動詞たちの意味はしっかり掲載されていましたし、 could,might などが控えめになることも書いてあります。 ・could used to say that something is possible or might happen ・might if something might happen or might be true,there is a possibility, that it may happen,or may be true,but you are not at all certain ”would ～だろう（控えめ）” 和英辞典、文法書には必ず載っているこの項目 ”現在の控えめな推量”。 そこで思ったのが、これはおなじみの if～ で有名な仮定法で、 よく「～なら、…だろうに」と訳される「だろうに」ですか？ そうすると推量の could might も仮定法と関係があるのでしょうか。 仮定法ですから控えめですし、意味も似ています。ifがない仮定法なのでしょうか。 すると、過去の推量も「仮定法過去完了」で過去の控えめな推量でしょうか。 wouldの英英辞典の項目、いわゆる語義は仮定法の used when talking about result of a possible or imagined situation or event,or describing one に相当するのでしょうか？

Actually, the first time I saw you at the Mandarin, I thought "wow, this girl could be a model!".... ※I think you would be an amazing fashion/apparel model. やthis girl could be a model! というのは、modelではないと認識しているけど、素晴らしいモデルになるだろう、もしくは、モデルであるにちがいない、と言うニュアンスでしょうか？ このメールは、私をモデルと勘違いしたものかと思い、遠距離にいる彼（オーストラリアの方）に、わざわざ、「私はモデルではありません。」と訂正のメールをしてしまいました。 正しかったのでしょうか？

Would it possible to... と Would it be possible to... の違い。 丁寧な依頼として、○○することはできますか？と尋ねる場合、Would it possible to...という文章が結構あちこちで見られますが、文法的には、Would it be possible to...と、be を入れるのが正しいような気がします。 実際には、beが無くても（沢山の用例があるので恐らく）間違いでは無いのだと思うのですが、be の有無によって意味・ニュアンスに違いがあるのでしょうか？ 御教示頂ければ幸いです。

- 設定→音を開き、ドルビーオーディオアプリを起動し、メディア・アラーム・通知の音量設定を確認してください。
- サイレントモードがオフになっている場合でも音が鳴らない場合は、他の設定や機能に問題がある可能性があります。
