>> As long as people who are kept down by human discrimination ここは 節ですので、as 以降 文章になっていなければならないですので、関係代名詞のwhoはいらないですね。 kept down by の意味がいまいち不明ですし、human discriminationっていうのも、人類の差別、っていうことらしいですが、いまいち意味がわかりません。 （人種＝Race discriminated by race 人種によって差別される。 discrimination だけでも人種差別とされる場合もあり） >> there will be terrorists around us 我々の周りにテロリストがいるでしょう、って読めますけど、 何故、わざわざ 「我々はテロリストに囲まれている」 という文章になっているのか、明快さに かけますね。 さらに、厳密には、テロリストとテロは別の単語ですし。（テロ=terrorism） Terrorism feeds on discriminations て簡単するのはどうでしょう？

それを言うなら… 「As long as there are people who are kept down by human discrimination there will be terrorists around us.」（人種差別によって虐げられている人々が居る限り、私たちの周りにはテロリストが居続ける） …ですね。 でももちろん、「As long as there is discrimination there will be terrorists.」とかでいいと思うけど。

あなたの意図するものが分かりませんが、whoが要らないのと、discriminationのあとにはカンマがあった方がいいと思います。
