Why is it that so many geniuses of civilization, great scientists like Einstein, Newton and Galileo, great artists and composers like Leonardo da Vinci and Beethoven, great poets like Chaucer, Shakespeare, Dante, Virgil and homer―have all emerged from a tiny area of the world known as Europe?

Again, because of the basic Chiristian mentality of Europe, most Europeans have a clear sense of right and wrong, of good and bad.
In Europe, things are more clearly black or white than they are in the Orient; a crow cannnot be black and white, as a Buddhist saying has it.
Pairs of moral values like Good and Evil, Right and Wrong, cannot be easily reconciled: they are for the most part clearly defined and inflexible opposites.
