ブルースクリーンにエラーメッセージが出てＰＣが起動しない
- 購入して７年ほど経ったPCですがosはWindows2000です。電源を入れるとブルースクリーンにエラーメッセージが出てきて起動しません。
- ウィルスチェックをしようにもPCが起動しないのでできません。どうすればよいのでしょうか？ご教授ください。

とりあえず 案１ (1)Windows2000のＯＳインストール用ＣＤで起動してください。 (2)DOSプロンプトにして、”CHKDSK C: /F"を実行して HDDの修復を一度行ってはいかがでしょうか？ 案２（案１がダメだった場合） (1)Windows2000のＯＳインストール用ＣＤで起動 (2)回復コンソールで対応 FIXMBR 等実行して見てはいかがでしょうか？http://support.microsoft.com/kb/229716/ja

公式ホームページに対処方法が載ってます。 「Windows 2000におけるエラー メッセージ "STOP 0x0000007B" のトラブルシューティング方法」 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822052/ja 起動前にHDD等の機器増設等していないならHDDの故障・不具合（ソフト的なのかハード的なのかまでは不明）が疑わしいですけどね・・・

Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information on troubling Stop errors.」 と出ました。 こういう現象ははじめてで直し方とかわからないのですが、分かる方居られたらどういう状況か。と言うところから直し方とか教えてもらえるとありがたいです。 またＰＣは貰い物なので、ディスクとかの付属品はまったくついていません。 ＰＣの情報 本体：Ｗｉｎ９８ ＯＳ：Ｗｉｎ２０００ ちなみに今は弟が使っているＰＣを借りているので一応返事とかを書けますが頻繁には顔を出せないとおもいます。

Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information on troubleshooting Stop errors. 自分なりに調べてはみましたが、知識不足のため、解決策が見出せませんでした。 一応 試したこと ・再起動 ・セーフモードで起動 ・セーフモードとコマンドプロンプト起動 ・前回正常起動時の構成機能を使用して起動 ・参考http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822052/ja ここ数日の経緯 お気に入りがすべて消える（原因不明） →別のフォルダに移動？保存？されていたので、対応している（と自分が判断した）フォルダにコピー →お気に入り回復 →次回起動時にエラー表示 新しいハードウェア追加などはしていません。 ここからが本題なのですが、修復するにはリカバリ以外に手はあるでしょうか？ リカバリでも良いのですが、バックアップをとっていないため、できれば他の手でなんとかできれば、と思っています。 言葉の使い方に不適切な部分があれば指摘していただけると有り難いです。 よろしくお願いします。
