ブルースクリーンの事なのですが

前、ＰＣが重すぎてまったく反応しなくなったのでの電源スイッチを切って再起動しようとしたらブルースクリーンで「*** STOP ：　０×００００００７Ｂ　（０×８１６３ＦＡＢＯ,０×Ｃ０００００３２，０×００００００００，０×００００００００） ＩＮＡＣＣＥＳＳＩＢＬＥ＿ＢＯＯＴ＿ＤＥＶＩＣＥ If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart yourconputer. If this screen appears again, follow these stops ; Chece for viruses on your computer. Remove any newlg installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer. Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information on troubling Stop errors.」 と出ました。 こういう現象ははじめてで直し方とかわからないのですが、分かる方居られたらどういう状況か。と言うところから直し方とか教えてもらえるとありがたいです。 またＰＣは貰い物なので、ディスクとかの付属品はまったくついていません。 ＰＣの情報 本体：Ｗｉｎ９８ ＯＳ：Ｗｉｎ２０００ ちなみに今は弟が使っているＰＣを借りているので一応返事とかを書けますが頻繁には顔を出せないとおもいます。

早速の回答ありがとうございます。 ですが、ＰＣがWindowsを起動しています・・・と言う画面の後に即出てくるのでエラーの確認が出来ません。
