ブルースクリーン

起動してもすぐブルースクリーンが出るので、OSの再インストールをしてる途中に、 インストールは取り消されました。インストール中の変更はできませんなど出て、またブルースクリーンが出てどうしようもありません。ブルースクリーンの内容は、 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen. restart your computer.If this screen appers again.folow these steps. Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation. or backup uninstall.check your hard drive configuration. and check for any updated drivers.RunCHKDSK /F to cheak for hard drive corruption. and then restart your computer. 文面のアンチウィルスソフトのアンインストール、check、最新のドライバ用チェック。ハードドライブのcheakへ　RunCHKDSK /F などは試したのですか？ OSの再インストールはクリーンインストールですか？（修復インストール？） ＞STOP: 0x00000024 NTFS ファイル システムの破損、HDの部分的な破損、 SCSI ドライバや IDE ドライバの破損の可能性。 ＞保証期間もあるので、この際、修理に出してみるべきでしょうか 保証期間が過ぎた場合はHDの交換をしますが、保証期間内であれば内部を弄るべからずです。修理に出します。

何回しても直りませんというのであれば、ハードディスクが故障して（壊れて）いる可能性が高いです。 ディスク交換するしかないでしょう……。
