ブルー画面

Dell の dimension 9200c を使っています． OS は windows XP Home Edition です． ある日，突然OSが読み込めなくなり，再インストールをしようと思ったところ，再インストールすらうまくいかず，ブルー画面になってしまい途中で止まってしまいました． ブルー画面には下記のような内容が書かれていました． A Problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen. restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these stops; check for viruses on your computer . Remove any newly installed hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHEKESK /F to check for hard drive corruption,and then restart your computer. technical information: ***stop: 0x0000007B (0xF78D2524,0xc0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000) 何度か再起動・再インストールを試みたのですが，毎回この画面で作業が止まってしまいます． 詳しい方，処置のしかたがわかる方がいらっしゃいましたら，ぜひ助言をしていただけないでしょうか． よろしくお願いします．

検索してくださったみたいでありがとうございます！！ 再インストール用のCD-Rがみつからなくて， 新しくOME版のOSを買いなおしたのが原因かもしれません． さっそくもう一度やってみますね． ありがとうございました．

再インストールすら出来ないとなると、ファイルシステムかHDDが壊れている可能性が高いように思えます。 Windowsのセットアップ中にHDDをフォーマットする選択肢があるはずなので、「NTFS ファイル システムを使用してパーティションをフォーマット」(クイックが付いていない選択肢) を選択してみることをお勧めします。 ファイルシステムだけの問題ならこれで直るかもしれません。

さっそく回答ありがとうございました． セットアップ時のHDDのフォーマットの画面にまでたどりつけていないんです．これはHDDや基盤が壊れてしまっているのでしょうか．
