　お尋ねの「0x00000024」ストップエラーコードですが、エラーコード番号にて判断しますと、Ntfs.sys ファイル内で問題が起きた場合に発生します。Ntfs.sys は、NTFS パーティションの読み取り、書き込みを可能にするドライバ ファイルです。NTFS ファイル システムの破損、ハード ディスクの部分的な破損、または SCSI ドライバや IDE ドライバの破損もこの問題の原因になる場合があります。 　基本的な方法として、障害が出ていますHDDを取り外し、正常な起動可能HDD・OSにて起動、セーフモード起動し、その取り外しましたHDDを外付けにて接続・上記NTFS.sysのファイルをNTFS.old等に変更後・再起動し、「chkdsk driveletter: /f」にてNTFS ボリュームを修復した後、NTFS.oldをNTFS.sysへ戻すといった煩雑な方法にて、起動可能になるかどうかです。 　もし戻らなければ（可能性大です）、HDDの破損による故障とみて差し支え有りません。

ハードディスクの故障の可能性大です。 チェックディスクをかけてくれと言っています。
