「本来なら自分の属する組織の求めるところに従うべきであるが」という読み方が出来るのではないか、と思いました。 全体を訳してみると、 助成金の対象となったコンソーシアム参加者・契約者は、自分の所属する組織の要求するところではなく、当方の求める原価主義の方針に則ることが求められる。また、助成金を受ける者からの、NIH助成金の契約条項に適合すると認められる要求には応じなければならない。
