私も同じ被害です。 どこか海外の楽譜ダウンロードサイトから、迷い込んで、4~5$でVISAカード支払いにしたら、 下記の通り “ Membership Confirmation ” のタイトルでメールが来ました。 Billing information?Membership type:Unlimited Access - 7-day Trial with Optional Lifetime Purchase for a total of 1.99 $ USD?Privacy Service with TorrentPrivacyTM. (Activate your product from within the Members Area -> Bonus Software) for a total of 9.95 $ USD?Download Protection for a total of 15.48 $ USD?Pro Version Upgrade for a total of 9.95 $ USD?Unlimited 30-days BitJoeTM Downloads for your Mobile. (Activate your product from within the Members Area -> Bonus Software) for a total of 9.95 $ USD?NetspyProtector - Block adware and spyware. for a total of 10.88 $ USD??Grand total: 58.2 $ USD? The charge will appear on your credit card as TRANSACT-BILL.COM 勝手に会員登録された上、楽譜のダウンロード方法については何の情報もなく、メールに記載された http://unrestrictedownloads.com? にアクセス、ログインしましたが、それ以上は何の反応もなく、最終的に http://marketbill.com/index.aspx なるサイトにたどり着くと、上記の額が決済された事が記載されていました。 狐につままれた思いで、さっさと退会しようと思い、＜Contact us＞をクリックしたら“ The page cannot be found ”となり、退会の仕様もありません。ここで初めて、詐欺だと気がつきました。しかもその７日後には、何の通知もないまま、TRANSACT-BILL.COM の名で、VISAカードの明細に意味不明の39.95$の請求が記載されていました。３月１０日引き落とし予定です。 海外の詐欺サイト情報を見ると、 TRANSACT-BILL.COM http://unrestrictedownloads.com http://marketbill.com/index.aspx 全て詐欺サイトです。 もしVISAが、TRANSACT-BILL.COM に対する決済停止をしないのであれば、カードを破棄するつもりです。それが一番早いように思います。請求者の連絡先も請求理由も不明で、コンタクトの取りようのないような法人からの、引き落とし請求に応じるようなカード会社は、とても信用できませんから。 詐欺サイトが原因とはいえ、顧客の財産を守るために、最低限の措置さえとれないようなカード会社は、これから生き残れないでしょう。

海外旅行の申し込みを英語のサイトでしたいのですが、カードの支払いの欄で分からない所があるので教えて下さい。 クレジットカードでの支払いを選択した後、『Total Amount Paid 』『I Am Paying For:』という記入欄があります。 『Total Amount Paid 』は支払う合計金額だと思うのですが、『I Am Paying For:』というのが何のことだか分かりません。 どなたか何を記入すればよいのか教えて下さい。 宜しくお願いいたします。

先日、初めて海外通販を試みました。 ネット画面での作業は何事もなく済みましたが、 本日先方からメールが届きました。翻訳ツールを使って 何となくカードの承認ができなかったということは分かりますが、 その後の対応が翻訳ツールを使っても変な翻訳になっていまいちよく分かりません。 以下が送られてきたメール文章です。 Our credit card authorization system indicated that the address that you keyed for the "Bill to:" did not exactly match the address per your card issuing company. The way our system works is that when an order is placed we obtain a credit card / debit card authorization. As part of the authorization process our card authorizing system contacts the bank that issued the card to verify that there is sufficient credit on the account to cover the purchase and the address that the customer keyed into our system as the "Bill to" for the credit card matches the "Bill to" per the issuing bank's records. Unfortunately, the issuing bank for your card is telling us that the "Bill to" address doesn't exactly match the "Bill to" on the account. You may reply by return email to verify your current billing address, send us an email at AVS@b3custserv.com or contact us at 866.443.7442. 初めて質問させていただきます。 これまで数回、海外通販をしてきましたが、今回初めてのトラブルで困っています。 靴を注文したのですが、頼んだ商品とは別の商品が送られてきました。 翻訳サイトや例文サイトを見て、送られてきた商品が間違っていること。正しい商品を 送ってほしい。手元にある商品は返送するので、返送料を負担してほしい旨のメールを 送りました。その返信として以下の文章が送られてきました。 We can provide store credit for the return postage up to $29.99 USD. Just include a copy of the postal receipt. 郵送の領収書コピーを同封すれば$29.99 USDまではstore creditできますという意味でしょうか？ store creditについて調べると次回の注文で利用できるポイントのようなものらしいのですが、そう度々買い物する予定もないので、結局使わない気がします。 一度最初の注文をキャンセルして返金してもらったあとに、再度注文して返送料を差し引いた金額で支払いといった風にできないかと思っていますが、そのようなことが可能なのか、またお店側に英語でどう伝えればいいかわかりません。 英語が堪能な方、どうか助けてください。よろしくお願いいたします。

アメリカからの転送業者 MYUS.COM の パーソナルショッパーのプレミア会員サービスを利用したいのですが料金を問い合わせたら 下記のような返事でした。 「With the premium membership type, the fee for processing a Personal Shopper order to your credit card is 6% of the order total. (Minimum fee is $10) If you prefer to prepay by wire we charge 3% of your order total for the Personal Shopper fee. (Minimum fee is $10)」 買い物代行を依頼してその費用を支払する際、クレジットカード払いなら 総額の６％で 電信払いなら３％ということみたいですが、電信払いって銀行から送金するほうほうなのでしょうか。 この転送業者をお使いの方にお聞きしたいのですが、クレジットカード払いが得なのか電信払いが お得なのか、教えてください。 電信払いだと手数料がかかるような気がするのですが。。

apollo36様 pachanycです。書き込み頂きまして有難うございます 短期の間に沢山の被害者がいて驚いています 今回の件の私の近況は ゼゾンカードの調査部門が動いて頂き TRANSACT-BILL.COMに対して申し立てをしてもらっています。 カードも新しく再発行してもらいました。 セゾン側もTRANSACT-BILL.COMはかなり怪しい会社と言っておりました。 皆様も諦めずに事の詳細をきちんと説明すれば この件については大丈夫だと思います。 頑張って下さいね
