どの程度よく使われる表現かは知りませんが、 「電話をすぐかけるのでなければ、これ（this）には意味がない」 「これに意味があるのは、電話をすぐにかける場合だけだ」 といった意味でしょうね。ネットで次のような文が見つかりました。 There is only any point in giving people answers if they are looking for them. 「人々が答えを探しているのでない限り、人々に答えを与えても意味はない」 「人々に答えを与えて意味があるのは、彼らが答えを探している場合だけだ」 意味的にいうと、only は if と結びつくのでしょう。any は「いささかなりとも」。ただし、there is any point ... only if ～ という語順は不可だと思います。 逆にいえば、There is no point in this if the call is not made immediately. / There is no point in giving people answers if they are not looking for them. ということです。 言葉足らずですが、参考になれば。

She seldom, if ( ) , goes out by herself. 答えはeverなのですが、if any と if ever の違いがわかりません。 省略をカッコで表すと下のようになると思うのですが、この２文はどう違うのでしょうか。 There is little, (even) if (there is) any (hope), hope of your sccess. There is little, (even) if (there is) ever (hope), hope of your sccess.

ある問題に「この建物には本屋があるよ．」と言うのを英訳する問題で 答えには Here is a bookstore in this building. とありました． 確かに「この建物」と，自分がいるところを指しているのでHere isも使えるかな．と思います． 「ここに」以外の意味のとき，Here is～は使えますか？ また，There is a bookstore in this building.は不正解なのでしょうか？
