疑問文でない時の動詞と主語の倒置について教えてください。

> So completely and correctly had he answered the question, he seemed to deserve a perfect score. この文の文頭の So は、completely and correctly を修飾する so に思えます。従って、文の前半を書き換えるとすると、 He had answered the question so completely and correctly, ... となるでしょう。この文の so completely and correctly の部分を文頭に出して強調したがために、文の他の部分を倒置させて、後半の文へとつないだものと思われます。

すいません！ ご教授願います！ ・【 】 he studied a little harder for the test, he might have made a better score. (A) Or (B) Had (C) Having (D) Eventually という問題があり、答えはHadで倒置ということでした。 以前に 倒置が起きた場合は、HadをHavingにしなくてはと覚えた記憶があるのですが、 あれは分詞構文の説明だったかあやふやになってるのですが… 倒置でHavingの形ありますか？ if he had studied ～の倒置は Had he studied ～だと理解できたのですが If he has studied ～ の倒置だと Having he studied ～になりますか？ He has studied の現在完了形の分詞構文でHaving studied ～ であってますか？ He had studied の過去完了形の分詞構文でHaving studied ～であってますか？ He has studied の普通の文が倒置が起きることありますか？ その場合は Having he studied ～ですよね？ すいません！説明下手で( ノ;_ _)ノ なんか混乱してきました！

文の構成について ensure groups have had all their answered questions marked, are in their seats この文は、どういう構造で、どのように訳せばいいのでしょうか。 予想したのは、 1) ensure groups have (A) 2) ensure groups are in their seats. (A) - had all their answered questions marked all their answered は questions を修飾 had ～marked は動詞 という構造ですが、これで訳しても意味がわかりません。 構造の取り方が間違っているのでしょうか。 本来、この文は、どういう意味なのでしょうか。

模試の問題のやつなんです。 どんなに忙しくても、彼は、少なくともつきに２回は故郷の田舎に住む両親に手紙を出すことにしていた。 No matter how busy he was he made a point of writing to his parents at home at least a twice a month.という英文で、busy he wasという倒置なんですが、なぜ倒置しているんでしょうか？私はhe was busyというＳＶＣを持つhow節で、彼はどんなに忙しくてもというところを強調したいからだと思うんですが、いかがでしょうか？理屈で英語を考えているので、そこはご考慮ください！
