いつもお世話になっております。VC++でプログラムを作成しているプログラミング初心者です。環境はＯＳがWindowsXP、統合環境はVisualStudio2008Professionalを使用しています。 現在簡易な家計簿ソフトを製作しているのですが、データの保存がうまくいきません。プログラムの動作としては、データの保存先を「名前をつけて保存」のコモンダイアログで指定し、それをクラスのフィールドに保存します。更にそのクラスのフィールドから、Path.txtというファイルにpath名を保存します。プログラムの起動時にこのPath.txtを読み込み、その中身をクラスのフィールドにセットします。その後、「ファイルの読み込み」をメニューで選択する時に、クラスのフィールドを引数として、データを読み込む関数を呼び出します。 この方法で、デバックモードでは動作していたのですが、リリースモードではPath.txtにファイルの保存先が書き込まれず、うまく動作しませんでした。以下、関係のあると思われる所を抜粋しました。 *****ファイルの保存先path名の保存***** private: void Pathset() { StreamWriter^ writer2 = gcnew StreamWriter("path.txt"); // パスデータを書き込み writer2->WriteLine(this->report7->Pathname); // クラスのフィールドからデータを取り出し書き込み writer2->Close(); } *****Form1クラスの生成直後に、クラスのフィールドにpath名を格納する***** StreamReader^ reader2 = gcnew StreamReader("path.txt"); this->report7->Pathname = ""; this->report7->Pathname = reader2->ReadLine(); reader2->Close(); *****メニューでファイルの読み込みを選択したときの処理***** LoadCsvFile(this->report7->Pathname); // LoadCsvFileはファイルの読み込みを実行する関数 以上、長く拙い説明で申し訳ありませんが、原因が分かる方、よろしくお願いいたします。m(_)m

最近「プロバイオティクス」という言葉をよく聞きます。 菌が腸まで届いて腸の動きを整えてくれるということですが、お店に行くと「LG21」や「L.カゼイ」や「セブレ」などいろいろな菌の名前が書いていますが、どの菌が一番腸にまで死なずに届くのですか？？教えてください。

カスピ海ヨーグルトはクレモリス菌で、 KE-99はガゼイ菌らしいのですが、この他にもプロバイオティクスっと呼ばれる菌はありますか？ 私はカスピ海ヨーグルトを食べると便秘になってしまうんです。 KE-99を試してみようかなぁと思うのですが、どれも一緒でしょうか？ このままカスピ海ヨーグルトを食べ続けると、いつか腸内環境が整うって可能性はないのでしょうか？ 腸内環境を整える食べ物って、他にありますか？ 質問ばっかですみません。

- 抗生剤服用中にプロバイオティクス
ピロリ菌の除菌で抗生剤を飲むことになったんですが 抗生剤服用中にプロバイオティクスの乳酸菌がいっぱい詰まったカプセルを飲んでると 抗生剤の効き目が弱くなってピロリ菌の除菌に悪い影響が出ることとかありますか？ あと抗生剤を飲むと常在菌と呼ばれる自分の中にずっと住んでる菌達のバランスがおかしくなる らしいんですが、その時にプロバイオティクスの乳酸菌のカプセルを飲んでると そのカプセルの中に入ってる乳酸菌が代わりに自分の中の常在菌になることとかありますか？

先ほどテレビでヨーグルトにはプロバイオティクスのものと そうでないものがあって、善玉菌として腸で活躍させるには プロバイオ・・・でないと効果がないそうではないですか。 そこで気になったのが今流行っている（私の周りだけかも・・・） 「カスピ海のヨーグルト」はプロなんでしょうか？ それともノンプロなんでしょうか？ どなたかご存じでしたら教えて下さい！ どうせ一日３００ｇも摂らなきゃいけないなら効果がある物を 食べたいです。 ちなみに「カスピ海のヨーグルト」とはどこかの大学教授が カスピ海地方から持ち帰ったという、常温で増やせるヨーグルト種 のことです。違う名前で流通していると分からないので念のため・・・。
