ヤフーオークションに出品しているのですが、次のような質問がきました

質問者様は 日本円を書留で送る、又はPaypal で支払うと言ってます。 日本円＝現金＝だと思われます。 現金は郵送することが禁止されています。 たとえ書留であろうと、万が一中身が現金だとばれた場合 没収されてしまいます。 Paypal は貴方が口座を持っていらっしゃらなければ受取る事ができません。 貴方が持ってみえる銀行口座を指定し そこに入金されなければ お取引き出来ません、と御回答された方が無難かと存じます。

先日イーベイに登録して、何点か落札してペイパルでの引き落としも無事すみました。 今度は出品をしてみようとセラー登録をし、イーベイとペイパルのリンクも済ませました。 （日本語ガイドに従ってしたので多分、出来ていると思います。「アカウントの登録はほとんど完了しました」というページが出てきますので） が、いざ出品しようと「Start selling」をクリックすると以下のページになって次に勧めません。 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Attention Seller Please read. お世話になります。全く英語ができない者^^;です。 ネットオークションにおいて、海外発送はしない旨の条件で出品しているのですが、香港から次のような質問があり、次のような遣り取りをしました。 【質問1】Can it ship to Hong Kong? Thank you. 【回答1】I'm sorry. It is not possible to do. 上記でこの件は終わったと思っていたら、再度同じ方から次のような質問がきました。 【質問2】I can pay for the shipment fee to Hong Kong. Can it be? これに対して、どのような回答すれば、解ってもらえますでしょうか？ 海外発送を拒む理由は、英語もできませんので、決済面をはじめ、取引終了までのトラブルを回避したいという思いからです。悪気がある訳ではありません。 もう質問がこないように、ガツンとポイントを突いた、なおかつ相手にも失礼にならないような回答文を教えてください。 宜しくどうぞ。m(__;)m

回答ありがとうございます。 海外からも現金書留での発送が可能なのかと思っていましたが、やはりこの英文では単なる書留という意味しかないようですね。 Paypalというシステムの形態を調べてみたのですが、やはり今一よく解りませんでした。 今回は丁重にお断りさせていただこうと思います。
