Gです。 こんにちは！ 出荷した商品をはたして顧客に請求したかどうか、という意味なんですね。 つまり、売上に計上した、という意味の前に、顧客がinvoiceを受け取るか、ということなんですね。 ただ、ここで、だれがしゃべっているかで、経理の捜査がちゃんとしているか、という意味で、計上してあるか、という意味にも、なります。 ここでは、発送書類をチェックする事で、インボイスと比較する事で、確かに請求したかどうかが分かる、ということですね。 (もっとも、他の答えがどういうものなのかどうかがわからないので、この「答え」が正しいものかどうかはわかりませんが<g>) つまり、ここでは、発送書類がインボイス発行と直列していない会社のやり方を例にとっているのでしょう。 というのは、多くの会社では、発送書類の中の、パッキングリスト、トラックビルなどを、インボイスを発行する時に連動で発行するのが普通だからなんですね。 つまり、この場合、出荷したという事は、インボイスを発行した、という理由ともなりますので、計上されているはずだからなんですね。 これでいいでしょうか。 分からない点がありましたら、補足質問してください。

billedという意味がわかればいいと思って投稿したのですが、これだけ丁寧にご回答していただいてうれしい次第です。 ちなみに他は a.Scan the sales journal for sequential and unusual entries b.Examine shipping documents for matching sales invoices d.Inspect unused sales invoices for consecutive prenumbering となっていました。 業務の流れとしては請求をしてから売上に計上するのですね。 ＞顧客がinvoiceを受け取るか、ということなんですね。

よくわかんないのですが、問題文は 間違ってないでしょうか？ Which of the following tests of controls most likely would help assure that goods shipped are properly billed? 正しくは 上記になるのではないでしょうか？ contorols assrure propely の３つの単語を修正しました。 billedは請求されるという意味だと思います。
