質問

我々は、シュガーレスガム中の酸が唾液pHに及ぼす影響を調査した。
色々な酸(クエン酸、リンゴ酸、アスコルビン酸)を配合したガムを10分間咀嚼した時の唾液を、咀嚼開始から5分は1分間隔で、その後は5分間採取し、pHと唾液量を測定した。
その結果、他の酸配合ガムに比べ、クエン酸配合ガムを咀嚼した時の唾液pHが最も高かった。
次に、クエン酸ガム、リンゴ酸ガム、アスコルビン酸ガムの粘着率を評価した。
その結果、粘着率は、クエン酸ガムが30％、リンゴ酸ガムが40％、アスコルビン酸ガムが20％であった

We studied effect of a variety of acids in sugar-free chewing gum for salivary pH.
We took samples of the saliva secreted while subjects were chewing gum containing variety of acids (citric acid, malic acid and ascorbic acid) for ten minutes.
Sampling frequency is as follows :
In the first five minutes we took samples every other minute.
In the next five minutes we took samples for five minutes.
And we measured the pH and the weight (grams) of every sample.
Salivary pH of citric acid gum significantly higher than gum containing other acids.
We measured Adsorption ratio of gum containg citric acid, malic acid and ascorbic acid.
Adsorption ratio of citric acid gum was 30％, malic acid gum was 40％ and ascorbic acid gum was 20％.

済みません、ミスタイプありました。「an, of」が欠落しておりました。

with an interval of one minute にして下さい。　

又は、もっと短く、

with an one minute interval でも。

一番です、後半部分少し書き換えてみました。

Sampling frequency is as follows :

In the first five minutes they were sampled every other
minute.

[every other minute]の意味が一寸分かりません! 「最初の五分間は(?)分毎に」でしょうか?　「一分間隔なら」「with interval one minute」かな!

In the first five minutes they were sampled with interval of one minute.

In the next five minutes they were sampled for five minutes.

And the pH and the weight (grams) of every sample was each measured.

[sample]を動詞で使いました。

Result of salivary pH value
Salivary pH of citric acid gum was found to be significantly
higher than gums containing other acids.

Adsorption ratio
Adsorption ratio of gum containing citric acid, malic acid and ascorbic acid were measured and found as follows;

Adsorption ratio of citric acid gum 30%, malic acid gum 40% and ascorbic acid gum was 20%.

a variety of acids →　several acidsにしました、「a variety of acids」では「多種多様な酸」と意味してしまう危険があるので、端的に「several acids」(数種の酸)としましたが、「a variety of acids」が貴研究室(?)でのデフォなら、、それはそれで。

ついでに、この研究論文のタイトルを

“A Study on Salivary pH affected by Sugar-free Chewing Gum”

は長すぎるので、

“A Study on Salivary pH and Acids in Chewing Gum”

あとは良いと思います。

「Adsorption」→「adsorption」以外は

要らぬお節介なら無視して下さいね。
