"The two man appered out of nowhere, a few yards apart in the narrow, moonlit lane."について。 "a few yards apart"は副詞句として"The two man appered out of nowhere"を修飾しているのですか？ "in the narrow, moonlit lane"は、"narrow"と"moonlit"が"lane"を修飾しているのですか？ 教科書の英文位しか読んだことがないので、 特有の句点の付け方に戸惑っているのですが、 大衆小説では、こんな感じなのでしょうか？ それとも作者の癖なのでしょうか？ 英語に明るくないので頓狂な質問をしているのかもしれませんが大目に見て下さい。 教えて下さったら幸いですm(_ _)m
