Have you ever gone out with Japanese girl? Have you ever had a girlfriend who's a Japanese? before はつけてもつけなくても。

Did you have to go there yesterday? の返答は、 １Yes, I did. No, I didn't ２Yes, I had. No, I hadn’t. のどちらが正しいのでしょうか（自然なのでしょうか）。 私は１がてっきり正しいと思っていましたが、２の本を見つけましたのでおうかがいさせてください。

A: Yes, and you've brought more outdoor equipment, haven't you? という文章があるのですが、どうしてHave you～？なのですか。持ってきてくれた？ならDid you～？じゃだめなのですか。私はDo you?とHave you?の使い方の違いをよく分かっていません。。。短期留学に行ったとき、ホストマザーに「（お弁当用の）スプーンは持った？」をHave you got a spoon?みたいな感じで訊かれたときも疑問に思いました。どういうときにHave you?で訊けばいいのでしょうか。基本的な質問で恥ずかしいのですが、教えてください。

"Have you ever seen a koala?"に対する返答について 上の文に対する返答は、見たことがある場合"Yes,I have seen one before."となるようなのですが、"one"のところは"it"ではいけないのでしょうか? よろしくお願いします。
