質問

前回も受動態について質問させていただきましたので、今回は新たに「２」ということで質問させていただきました。毎回、丁寧かつわかりやすいご回答ありがとうございます。

一つ目の質問ですが、the new school buildings are expected to be completed by next spring.(新校舎は来春までには完成の予定である。)
itを使った受動態の文にすると、
it is expected that the new school buildings will be completed by next spring.
というふうに可能ですが、that節の中をこのように
it is expected that they will complete the new school buildings by next spring.
と能動態にすることは可能ですか？
また主節、that節ともにこのように
They expect that they will complete the new school buildings by next spring.
能動態を用いることは可能ですか？

二つ目の質問ですが、It is saied that he is sick.(彼は病気だといわれている。)
をHeを主語にし、
He is saied to be sick.と言い換えることは可能ですよね。
そこで次のような、
It is generally belived that a trip to Mars wiii be made possible during the few decades.(火星へのたびはあと数十年のうちに実現するだろうと一般に考えられている。)
という文も上の文(彼は病気だといわれているという文)のようにthat節の中のa trip to Marsを主節の主語にして書き換えられますか？
また置き換えられるとしたらどのような文になるのでしょうか？

1つ目の質問はすべてそれでいいと思います。

2つ目の質問ですが、書き換えられるのではないでしょうか。
A trip to Mars is generally believed to be made possible during the few decades.
となるのではないかと思いますが。

可能でありよろしいかと思います。

なお元になった英語
＞the new school buildings are expected to be completed by next spring

は、the new school buildings are expected（for us/them) to complete by next spring.　
(for us/them) は通常省略されます。

とすることもでき(日本では受身にしたがるようですが）この文の
言い換えの能動態が質問された上記の英文ともいえます。

二つ目の質問もよろしいです。
(during theでなくてwithin/in a few が適切ですが）
