NitradoでArk Survival Ascendedのサーバーをレンタルしたのですが接続した所タイムアウトしてしまい入れません。 対処法分かりますでしょうか？

- ＰＣでＤＶＤ再生できず困っています。
初心者でどうしてよいかわからず困っています。SOTECのパソコンを使用しています。powerＤＶＤというソフトが最初からあったので、それで問題なくＤＶＤをみていました。 レンタルＤＶＤ（アバウトアボーイ）をＰＣにいれたら、inter actualというのが始まり、インストールしてしまいました。しかし、ＤＶＤが、inter actualでは再生できません。ＰＣに元からはいっている、powerDVDで再生しようとしましたが、それも途中で「不正な処理をしたため中止します」となってしまいます。どちらでも、再生できない状態です。 どうしたらよいのでしょうか？？よろしくお願いします。
