Smoking is bad effect not only for smoker but also for people around smoker. If you smok on streets, you do harm for other people. No matter how careful they are about their health,they are forced to get bad effect for their health.

Living in a city affects their employees' health in it. というのは正しいでしょうか。 又、関係副詞howに置き換えて Now let’s listen to Dr. Boufford talk about how businesses are reacting to how living in a city affects their employees’ health. というのは文法的には正しいのでしょうか。 よろしくお願いいたします。
