海外通販の英文
海外通販で入力フォームのあるサイトでの購入経験は１度あるのですが、文章のみで表記してあるところは初めてです。 解釈でわからないところがありますので、アドバイス願います。 （スウェーデンのサイトですが、海外への販売については英語です） 購入しようと思っているものはＴシャツです。（２枚） Price when order from outside Sweden:11 euro /piece How to order outside sweden: Send your total order and add 2 euro per piece in cargofee plus info on: Woman/Man Size How many Colour and your adress Send money and order to: Biff Communications Vastra Torggatan 12 65224 Karlstad SWEDEN Delivery within 3 weeks. 以上のように書かれているのですが、 Price when～の文は、 海外からの場合、注文時の１１ユーロのレートで価格が決まる、 と解釈してもいいのでしょうか。 Send your～ですが、注文合計と１品につき２ユーロ付け加えて下さい。なのかそれとも、１度の注文につき２ユーロでしょうか？ 注文内容の詳細と住所、お金を以下住所まで送ってください・・ というのもわかるのですが、この場合の支払方法がわかりません。 経験のある方、英語が得意な方、アドバイス願います。

＞Price when～の文は、 11 euro /pieceですから、Ｔシャツ１枚あたり１１ユーロですね。 ＞Send your～ですが、注文合計と１品につき２・・・ Send your total order and add 2 euro per ...とあるので、 total orderとありますから、１度の注文に２ユーロ追加料金とい うことです。 ＞この場合の支払方法がわかりません。 確かに。メールで、 Please tell me how to send money to you. と書いて聞いてみれば教えてくれると思います。

海外の通販で注文後、5日たっても発送メールがこないため問い合わせをしたところ、下記メールが来ました。 ---------------------- Dear ○○, Our manufacturer is no longer honoring that price and per the following email: "私からのメールの引用" （※別の注文にてサイトのシステムの不備でpaypal決済がうまくいかず、一度キャンセルした時のメール） We are canceling your order and will refund any approved payments you made. Because of us being in the U.K., and this being an international transaction, could you please send us a copy of an official document, like one of your utilities bills or statements, with your name and address on it. We will be able to process the sale once we have this information from you. Also the name on your payment details section is different to the on eon the customer details section. We can only process the order to go to the cardholders address so we need the documentation to relate to them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but for security reasons, we have to verify all our sales addresses, and be sure that you, the card holder, has placed the order, and not someone that might have got hold of your details. 初めて海外通販サイトで買い物をしましたが以下のようなメールがきました。 We have been trying contact your Bank to confirm your card details and your billing address but have had no response. This is our normal policy with all overseas cards. Would it be possible for you to contact your Bank and ask them to respond to any query made on our behalf? When our Bank have confirmed your card details, your order will be released for despatch. 海外通販を利用して4月に注文した品が未だに届かず、 翻訳サイトを駆使してクレームのメールを入れていますが、 微妙なニュアンスが分かりません。 ■1通目 Hello mokoi Your order left our warehouse on May 14/09 and should have arrived by May 28/09. As indicated on our website, the $25.00 shipping option does not include a tracking service. Should your order not arrive in the next few weeks, I will begin a trace on it. As further indicated on our website, should your order not arrive a refund could take up to 4 months. Let's hope that you get your order sometime this week and please let me know if it does arrive. 質問失礼します。 一ヶ月ほど前にアメリカの通販サイトで注文をしました。 すぐに注文受付のメールが届き、それから三週間ほどしたら住所に届けられないので もう一度住所を教えて欲しいといった英文のメールが届きました。 そちらにはどうにか返信をし、更新しなおしたという連絡が届いたのですが・・・ 先日、今度は下記のようなメールが届きました。 －－－－－－－－－ While processing your order, #（注文NO）, your （カード名） credit card, was declined. Please contact us at ■■-■■■-■■■（電話番号） to correct or update this information so that we can resume processing your order. Thank you, －－－－－－－－－ 私は英語がほとんどできず、電話をかけることができません。。。 また何故クレジットカードを使うことができなかったのかもわからず困っています。 （そのサイト運営のための寄付のような３００円ほどの金額はちゃんと払われていました。） そのことをメールで返信しようと思うのですが、 －－－－－－－－－ 私は英語を話すことができないため、提示された電話番号に掛けることができません。 そちらに日本語を話せる方はいるのでしょうか？ それとDonationは支払うことができたのに、なぜ今回の商品の支払いは クレジットカードが使えないのでしょうか？ お手数を掛けますが、どういった対策をとるべきか、メールで返信をいただけたら幸いです。 よろしくお願いします。 －－－－－－－－－ といった内容を英文にするにはどうしたら良いのでしょうか？ すごく欲しかった商品のため、とても困っています。 よろしくお願いします。
