強制終了について

ここ２週間ぐらい、パソコンが強制終了されてしまう、減少が繰り返し起こっています。openofficeをインストールした頃から上記の症状が出始めたので、原因はそこかと思うのですが詳細がわからず困っています。強制終了されるタイミングは (1)itunesを起動した直後 (2)openofficeをプログラムの追加と削除で削除しようとした直後 に集中しています。 強制終了される際に背景が青色の画面に(正式な名前がわからないです、、)以下のエラーメッセージが表示されます。 a problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer The problem seems to be caused by the following file:K7 sentry,sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPGAGED_AREA. K7sentry..は確かソースネクストのウィルスセキュリティーだったと思いますが.. もしウィルスセキュリティーをお使いでしたら、一度アンインストール(一時的な終了ではなく)をしてみて エラーが出ないか確認してみては。 もちろん、LANケーブル等は外してから(インターネットに繋がっていない状態にする) それでエラーが出ないようであれば、ウイルス対策ソフトを変えるしかないと思います。

アンインストールをすると症状がなくなりました。やはりウイルスセキュリティが原因だったようです。他の掲示板も調べてみるとあまり良い噂を聞きませんし、これからソースネクスト社の製品はでいるだけ使わないようにします。ありがとうございました。

参考URL http://homepage3.nifty.com/mamekobosi/error.html を見てみると、ソースネクストのウイルス対策ソフトが原因のようです。 ウイルス対策ソフトを変える（フリーソフトでいろいろあります）と良くなる かもしれません

ありがとうございます。参考のURLを元にソースネクスト社に問い合わせをしたところ「原因がわかっていない、現在調査中なので解決できるまで待ってください」とのことでした。他のソフトへの変更を検討してみます。10年間利用の料金を払っているのにくやしいですが、、、
