質問

MSNメッセンジャーをやっていると途中で切断して青い画面になってこんな英文が出ます。

マイクロソフトのホームページから
http://www.microsoft.com/japan/windowsxp/pro/
OSがWin-XPであれば、UPデートを
おこなってみてください。

気になる点

ドライバーが一部BIOSと合っていない??
外部接続機器のドライバーとPCの設定BIOSと
合わないのでわないかと・・

通信機器LANカードあたりの設定に問題が
あるのかもしれません。
ブルー画面はハードウェアー関係のトラブルが
てた場合に、表示される色です。

購入されたパソコンメーカーに問い合わせるが
一番確実かと思います。

ブルーバックの警告画面が表示されるときは、接続機器の異常、ドライバの不具合などで、コンピューターが強制停止を掛けたときです。

ＭＳＮメッセンジャーが怪しいです。
再起動して、再発しなければ問題ないのですが、だめなときは、再インストールが必要になります。
