最近頻繁にブルーバック画面になります OS起動中または起動後です。 OSはWindows XPのSP2です メッセージは以下のとおりです A Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. ＃２です。MSの公式リリースだと0x0000000Aエラーはドライバとかプログラムファイルレベルの障害だと言う事ですね。追加したハードウェアに原因があっても結局ドライバですから。 ここから推察するに、単にファイルレベルの破損だけの場合もあり得ます。 又、そのファイルが記録されているHDDのセクタがクラッシュしている可能性もあるわけですね。 ですからHDD自体の物理的損傷も考慮しなければいけないと思います。 ＃２／５氏の経験されたトラブルもあり得ますし、＃４氏の回答通り（MSの公式見解）ファイルレベルの破損もあり得ますね。 システムの復元やドライバのロールバックをした後、正常動作していてもHDDのエラーチェックは必要作業だと思います。

#4の方。 申し訳ないが、経験者です。 買って1ヶ月で同じ画面がでて　その後クラッシュしましたけど。。。 今回の質問者の方も、まったく同じになる！とは言わないが、少なくともそういう経験があるので 適当に答えたわけじゃありません。 あくまで質問者の方が、少しでも救われれば・・・ という思いです。

直接的な原因としてHDD不良は少ないと思います。 不具合発生前に下記の中で思い当たる行動はないでしょうか 1、デバイスの増設 2、ソフトウエアのインストール 3、ドライバ類のアップデート また、デバイスマネージャ上で！、X、？などの表示は ないでしょうか？

HDDの読み込みがうまくできていない状態ですよ。 早目にHDD交換とバックアップは取っておいたほうが いいですよ。 保証期間内なら無料で交換してくれます。

何かトラブルが起きたので起動をセーフモードでして指示に従ってください・・みたいなことが書かれてます。 セーフモードで起動させシステムチエックをかけてください。 1時間近くかかる場合もありますがチエックが済むまで待ってください。
