使用許諾書（License Agreement）の文章ですよね。 こういう文章は苦手なのですが、一応それらしく訳してみました。 お客様は、PTCの書面による事前の同意なしに、プログラムの逆コンパイル、逆アセンブリ、または使用許諾を得た製品のリバースエンジニアリング、または公開、コピー、陳列、貸与、出版、所有権の移譲（販売、交換、付与、法に基づく手続きまたはその他のいかなる方法によっても）、またはその他の方法による全体または一部の頒布を、いかなる第三者に対しても実行したり許可したりすることはできません。

PTCの書き物による事前の許可無くして、プログラムを操作して解読したり、コンパイルを戻してみたり、分解して見たりする事、（販売の形式や、交換、贈り物、法律の命ずるところに依るなどいかなる手段によっても）所有権の移転、公開、貸し出し、表示、コピー、開陳など、また使用許諾を与えられた商品のその他の配布方式などにより一部であれ、全体であれ第三者に使用の許可しない、また自分でも行わないこと。 意訳ですが、概略はお伝え出来たと思います。
