Tebtativelyを"do you mind, if you could wait～"に変更されてはどうかな？ もし、必ず宿泊するなら、時間を制限せずに必ず泊まりますと伝えた方が良いのではないでしょうか？ Tentatively, could you wait for my arrival until 9:00PM? ⇒ But I will be sure to stay in your hotel. Myは必要なく、Best regards,又は Regards,でOK

この前和文英訳のポイントとして日本語にない英語を補う事を学びました．そのときの例がこれです． 私の息子がまたお金を送るように頼んできました． ＝My son asked me to send him some maney. このように日本語にはないですがsendのあとにhimがありますよね． しかし他の本では （状況：自分が友達の試合を見に行くことになりました．私が試合を見に行くことは決まっています．） もし私の妹に時間があれば，連れて行きたい． とあります．私は If my sister has free time, I want to take her there(to your game). と思ったのですが答えには If my sister has free time, I want to take her. とあります．どういうときに英語を補わなくても良いのでしょうか？ またはこの答えが不自然なのでしょうか？

素早いご回答ありがとうございます。おかげさまで、すごく役に立ちました。感謝しております。 一応、相手先には午後９時くらいまでは待ってくださいということと、でも絶対にあなたのところに宿泊したいのでキャンセルはしないでくださいと伝えました。 そういえば、イギリス英語では『Best Regards』ってよく使いますよね。『Yours sincerely』はあまり使わないんですかね。 イギリス英語は日本で習う米語と違う点が単語、文法等で多々あるので困ります(T_T)
