訳の意味がいまいち分からないのですが
数学の問題で In a State Lottery,players choose 6 numbers from among the integers 1 through 51.The jackpot is awarded if the 6 numbers selected match the 6 numbers drawn.What's the minimum number of tickets someone would need to purchase in order to guarantee winning? を訳してます。 「State Lotteryでは賭人は1から51までの整数から6個の番号を選ぶ。ジャックポットは選ばれた6個の番号が引かれた6個の番号に一致してるかどうかで授与される。誰かが必ず勝つようにチケットを購入する為のそのチケットの最小個数は幾らか?」 という訳になるのでしょうか? 一体、どんな意味なのでしょうか?

訳せばいいんですよね？ 州営宝くじでは、購入者は1から51までの整数の中から6つの数字を選択します。その選択した6つの数字と抽選された6つの数字とが合えば当たりとなります。必ず当選するには、最低何枚のくじ券を購入する必要があるでしょうか？

ポイントだけ the 6 numbers selectedは自分で選んだ番号 the 6 numbers drawは締め切り後、誰かがビンゴみたいに数字を引いて決めた当選番号です。 毎回賞金があって、当選者がいないと全額次のくじに繰越になって賞金額がどんどん大きくなっていきます。 What's the minimum ．．の文は、そういう当選者無しの状態を避ける為には、何枚くじが売れる必要があるかという文です。

１から５１の数値から、任意に６個の数値を選ぶ組み合わせは、１８，００９，４６０通りあります。 要するに、１８，００９，４６０通りの異なるチケットを買えば、必ず一枚は当たることになります。 採算は採れませんが ・ ・ ・

要するに、例え話ですが、 「ロト６があります。このゲームのルールは １～４３までの数字の中から６つ自分の好きな数字を選びます。 発表される６つの数と、自分が選んだ数字の６つが一致すれば、賞金がもらえます。 この６つの数を一致させたロトの賞金を、必ずもらうようにするには、 最低何通りのロトを買う必要があるのか？」 以上のように、質問者さんが困っている訳とは別のゲームですが、 分かりやすくいうとすれば、こんな意味になると思います。

These approaches to baseball show important cultural differences.In Japanese baseball,the practice time is seen as a way to persevere and show effort.It not only improves performance,but builds group harmony.However,American players don't care about harmony or perseverance.Instead,the most important thing is winning,Players have only light practice on game days because they think it is better to save their energy,which will give them a better chance to win.As long as the team wins,harmony and perseverance don't matter.
