何らかの形であなたの個人情報（少なくともメールアドレス）が流出した可能性が高いですね。 絶対に返信やリンクのクリックなどはせず、無視するのが一番です。 質問であげられているメール以外にも、迷惑メールがたくさん届いていませんか？ 根本的な対処をするとしたら、メールアドレスを変えるしかありませんね。

メッセージルールで、即、ゴミ箱行きに設定しまして、OEを閉じた時に、ゴミ箱を空にする設定にしてください。 私の場合は、迷惑メールは、この様にしています。 間違っても、添付ファイルをクリックしたり、返信は厳禁です。

基本的に英語であれ日本語であれ、身に覚えがなければ無視で結構です。 というか、たとえば、アドレスが書かれていたりする場合は、クリックはしてはいけません。 クリックすると相手にその送信アドレスは生きてるっていうことがばれてしまいます。 ばれたらますます送られてくることになるので、クリックは絶対しないようにしてください。 また、知らない人からのメール・利用したことのない企業からのメールなどは原則見ないでゴミ箱に棄てるという方法をとるのが一番安全だと思います。
