質問

EP-884AW
EPSON smart Pentel アプリを経由して、いつもスマホのデータを印刷していたのですが、突然つかえなくなってしまいました。
プリンターやWiFi ルーターのオンオフ、アプリの削除と再インストールするも解決せず。
どちらも同じWiFiに接続しています。
なにか解決策ご存知でしたらお願いします。

Wi-Fiの再起動においては

Wi-Fiの設定を見直すことができるのであればやってみてください。
・工場出荷状態に初期化
・WPA3やWPAになっていればWPA/WPA2-PSK（AES+TKIP）にする
・5GHzであれば2.4GHzにする
・IPv6になっていればIPv4にする（IPv6非対応機種の場合）
・プライバシーセパレーターがONになっていればOFFにする
・バンドステアリングをOFFにする（あれば）
・ビームフォーミングをOFFにする（あれば）
・ルーター機能付モデムとは別に無線LANルーターを取り付けられているのでしたらブリッジモードなど適切なモードになっているか確認する
