    「未来完了形」か「普通の未来形」かについての質問です。 Due to renovation, the toy store will not be open until the end of this month.(改築のため、おもちゃ店は今月末まで閉まっています。) 読めるんですが、なぜwill not have been openではないのでしょうか? 「普通の未来形」より、未来のある時点までの継続を表わす「未来完了形」のほうが合っていると思うのですが。 Next month we will have been married for twenty years.(来月で私たちは結婚して20年になります。) この英文では、「未来完了形」が使われていて、結婚している状態が続いているというのがわかります。 上の文はnot be open、 下の文はbe marriedが状態を表していて、その状態が継続していると思うのですが、なぜ違いが出るのでしょうか? あと基本 untilが使われている英文は未来完了じゃないです。 うまく言いたいことが文章に出来なかったので、よくわからない文章になってしまいましたが、”俺ならこう考える” みたいなのでもいいので教えて下さい。

    Margie went into the schoolroom. It was right next to her own room. The mechanical teacher was on and waiting for her. It was always on at the same time every day except Saturday and Sunday.
