日本語→英語についての質問
日本語→「不法滞在の移民が沢山いるという社会的現実がアメリカにはある。しかし、移民規制法によって法的には存在してはいけない存在である。」 英語→「There is social reality that a lot of immigrants who is in the country illegally in the United States. However, they should not exists for legal by an immigrants restriction law.」 こちらの英文を間違っていないか見てほしいです。 よろしくお願いします。

"that a lot of immigrants who ARE in the country illegally in the United States" はよりシンプルに、"that there are a lot of illegal immigrants in the United States" にすると良いと思います。 「There is social reality that there are a lot of immigrants in the United States. But they should not legally exist in the first place[*1], in view of[*2] the immigrants restriction laws.[*3] 」 [*1] "in the first place" 「（彼らは）そもそも（法的に存在すべきではない）」 [*2] "in view of ～" 「～ と照らし合わせると」 [*3] "immigrants restriction laws" は、不特定多数の、移民を規制する法律群、と解釈しました。従って、固有名詞ではないと判断し、敢えて大文字にはしませんでした。

#1 です。 失礼しました。添削した最初の文から "illegal" が抜け落ちていました。正しくは 「There is social reality that there are a lot of [illegal] immigrants in the United States. But they should not legally exist in the first place, in view of the immigrants restriction laws.」 になります。
