With the recent events that have occurred across the country involving mass killings, this has prompted me to ask a question. What do you do if you know someone you think could end up in the news involved in a mass killing? What do you do with those gut feelings? I know someone who has prompted me and others to think, "This guy is a ticking time bomb." This particular person is still a child, but one who displays many signs of being severely troubled. His parents don't seem concerned, but many of us on the outside of this family dynamic think this child has serious issues and could potentially end up committing a horrible crime. family dynamicとはどのような意味でしょうか？よろしくお願いします

family dynamicとはどのような意味でしょうか？ ＃１です。補足です。 family dynamicの前に、on the outside of this があります。ですから「うちの子はいい子だから、何も心配要りませんよ」という、この家庭内の力関係の「外」。 すなわち、ノホホンとして居る「内」はともかく、その「外」にいて心配して居る者にとっては、に「内」と、その「外」に居る我々との対比が感じられます。

family dynamicとはどのような意味でしょうか？ 直訳すれば「家族力学」ですが、具体的な要素はすぐその前の His parents don't seem concerned, にあります。 すなわち両親は気にしていないという家庭内の力関係だが、外部の者に見えるのは、将来いつ爆発するかわからない時限爆弾のような男だ、ということでしょう。

こんにちは。 この会話のcouldの使い方ですが、自信がないのでお願いします。 今度パーティーがあるけど、自分は一緒に行く子がいないからパーティーには行けない。 でも、もしかしたらガールフレンドを連れて行けるかもしれない・・・ それで友達に、Do you think she would go?と聞いたら、 I don't know. You know who you could ask? You know who you could ask?は、"もし誰か誘うんなら"誰を誘えるかわかってるでしょ？＝誘う子がいるでしょ。という感じでしょうか？ その後、I could take a friend, interesting.と言ってガールフレンドではなく友達を誘うのですが、 （もしかすると）友達を連れて行けるかも。(そしたら)面白い、というように『ひょっとすると～かもしれない』という意味になるのか、 それともif I could take a friend...、 "もしも友達を連れて行けたら、そしたら面白いだろうなぁ" どちらになりますか？ if節ではなくifだけ省略するという事は普通ないのでしょうか。 よろしくお願いします。

問題集で、正しい方を選ぶ問題で、なぜそちらが正しくなるのかいまいちわかりません。 １：(ア：Do you know how many brothers ,イ：How many brothers do you know)he has? 正解はアです。 ２：(ア：Do you think which book, イ：Which book do you think)she chose? 正解はイです。 この問題に例えば続きがあり、Yes/Noで答えているならDoで始まる、または具体的に答えているなら疑問詞で始まるとわかるのですが、それがない状態でうまく選べません。どのように違うのかどうぞよろしくお願いします。m(__)m

お願いします。 Who do you think is the author of this novel? How old do you think he is? これらは、do you thinkが挿入された疑問詞疑問文であると思いますが、 What do you think I am? 私を何だと思っているの？ Who do you think you are? 何様のつもり？ この文中でのdo you thinkは、文全体を強調しているようにとれます。 ということは前の2文中のdo you thinkも、 ”強調”としてとることも場合によっては可能である、 と考えてもいいんでしょうか？

疑問文の作り方でどうしても分からないところがあります。 知識のある方、どうぞ教えて下さい。 宜しくお願いいたします。 Whoを使った疑問文を勉強していたところ、 Who do you think they are? という例文を見つけました。 その文章は分かるのですが、辞書の用例欄に Do you think who they are? とはできない。 Do you know who they are? は可と載っていました。 なぜDo you thinkがWhoの後で、Do you knowは文頭にくるのでしょうか？ どなたか、ご教授下さい。 宜しくお願いいたします。

Who do you think he is?はOKで、Who do you know he is?は間違いだと思いますが、どうして後のは間違いなのでしょうか？knowという動詞のせいだと思いますが、その理由がわかりません。
