I will proceed to close your file and arrange for any original documents to be available for you to pick up from the office. 「あなたのファイルをクローズして、どの書類の原本もオフィスから持っていけるように手配しておきます。」 この文の前の会話が無いと状況が正確に把握できないのですが、想像するに、会社の上司が外出先から部下か秘書に連絡をしてきて、それに応えて、パソコンで開きっぱなしになっているファイルをクローズすることと、業務上の書類でコピーではなく原本が必要なものをまとめておいて、依頼主がオフィスに戻ってきた時にすぐに確認して持ち出せるようにしておきますと、言うことかと思います。
