「あなたの写真を見つけられたらリツイードするね。ごめんね。そしてありがとう。」 という意味になりますが、ご存知の通り、Twitterのツイードはフォローしている人が多ければ多いほどどんどん投稿が流れていってしまいますので、相手の人がリツイードしようと思っていて忘れちゃったらどんどん下の方に行ってしまったとか、リツイードする前にあなたが一度アップした写真を削除してしまったなど、なんらかの理由により結果として自分がリツイードできないことに対してのsorryです。そしてThanksは、あなたがすでに写真をアップしているのであれば、アップしてくれたことへの「ありがとう」であり、写真を一旦削除している状態ならば、それを再びアップしてくれることへの期待をこめた「再アップしてくれたらありがとうね。」という意味にもなります。

sorry は、「謝罪」、thanks は、「感謝」です。 私が見える時に我々の写真をもう一度トゥイートします。＝見えなかったことの「謝罪」 （それまであなたが待ってくれることへの前もっての）「感謝」
