なんかひどい英語ですが、

『郵便局に聞きに行ったが分からないと言うので、貴方が言った日数を待つことにする。このぬいぐるみは友達の誕生日プレゼントなのでぜひ欲しい。もしそちらに送り返されたら送りなおすか、返金か。ともかく土曜まで待ってみてまた連絡する。』

といったような内容です。
