Workは、多くのネイティブの場合使いません。 本来、ネイティブは、仕事をjobといい、 勉強をstudyと分けているのが、 自然です。 しかしながらネイティブによっては、 Jobの響きを嫌い、workの発音が、 好きというネイティブもいます。 昨年、英会話講師と電話でお話しして知りました。 ★仕事の場合 この間は、大変ありがとう。 どう？もう仕事は、終わったのかな？ あなたは、仕事で忙しいって思ってさ・・・。 ★勉強の場合 この間は、大変ありがとう。 どう？もう勉強は、終わったのかな？ あなたは、勉強で忙しいって思ってさ・・・。 解説しますと この場合、about itのように過去を思い出しています。 例えばThat's me. （この私）のように nowは、「今」の他に「もう」という意味になります。 Guess は、I guess （私は・・・思うよ）の 省略形です。
