「第二会議室で」はどう言いますか？
「10日水曜日15時から、第二会議室にてAセクションとのミーティングをアレンジしました」と言うには、以下の文章でいいのでしょうか。。。 Meeting with Section A has been arranged for Wednesday the 10th from 15:00 in a meeting room #2. 特に「第二会議室にて」というのは、in a meeting room #2 それとも at でしょうか。素朴な疑問なのですが、ずっと適当に使いつづけているので、正しい言い方が知りたいです。 よろしくお願いします。

in が正しいです。この場合は部屋の中で行われるわけですから。 もう少し言ってみるなら、 A meeting with Section A has been arrangened for Wednesday the 10th, from 3 PM in the meeting room (conference room) #2. Meeting Room #2 は、どこかにあるひとつの部屋ではなく、特定の部屋を示しているので、theです。 後は余計かもしれませんが、15:00というのは、分かる人と分からない人がいる（日本では誰もが理解しますが、他国の人は、軍関係だったりしないと理解しなかったりすることがあります）ので、3PMと表現したほうが明確かもしれません。

「address a meeting」は「会議であいさつする」という意味らしいのですが 「会議で」だと「address in meeting」になりませんか？「address a meeting」はイディオムなのでしょうか？ あと「causing」は何の進行形か教えてください。
