Gです。 誤字がありましたので、訂正させてください. 通勤日は個人の生活経費と見なされますが、仕事での酋長交通費は会社が持ってくれない場合は個人の収入からその文を減らすことが出来ます. は 例えば通勤費は個人の生活経費と見なされますが、仕事での出張交通費は会社が持ってくれない場合はその個人の課税対象になる全所得からその分を減らすことが出来ます. となります. ごめんなさい。 ここまでの解釈は英語としての解釈ですね。 なぜ、この事が条例の一つとなっているかというと、幹部による経費の乱用も大きな理由にもなっているわけです. (他にもありますが) スポーツ・芸能・出版関係では特に特別扱いされますね。 日本では特にその傾向があるでしょう. そのような状況も含まれますが、会社内の幹部が経費を会社に持たせる事があったとき一般社員と差別してはいけない、と言う事なんですね. 同等の社員と言う事ではなく、役員が「経費」に対して特別扱いされてはいけない、と言う事です. つまり、役員だからと言って、出張する時にファーストクラスを会社の経費で落とすことは、ほかの社員には認めていないのであれば、問題にするぞ、と言っているわけです. しかし、現実は税務署としても管理が届かない所でもあります. よって、この乱用はされているわけなんですね. 契約社員の場合は一般社員とは違いますので、どのように解釈するかは変わってきます.

ありがとうございます。Ｇさん。Ｇさんをはじめこのスレで回答される方はレベルが高いので本当に助かります。 ＞仕事での出張交通費は会社が持ってくれない場合はその個人の課税対象になる全所得からその分を減らすことが出来ます. 日本の場合はこうしたケ－スはあまり聞いたことがないですな。出張は会社経費になっていて役職によってランクがありますね。だからdiscriminatry basisということがでてくるのでしょうね。日本であればランクによって違うのがあたりまえだから、だれも文句をいわないでしょう。
