日本語訳の添削と考え方を教えてください
- 「普通ではないと判断されたすべてのケースが、迅速に処理されるわけではない」？？？…部分否定？全部否定？not ～ any なら、noと読み変えられると理解しているのですがこれが逆になると、どう解釈してよいか解りません。

> Any case NOT identified as irregular can be forwarded to the fast track process. 何についての文章の中にある文なのか （つまり文脈） が分からないので、この文だけからの判断になりますが、私は 「普通でないとみなされ ない 場合にはいつでも速やかに処理されるとは限らない」 といった感じで読みました。つまり 「特に問題がなければいつでも迅速に処理されるかというと、そうとは限らない」 のような文ではあるまいかと想像しました。 any case [which is] not identified as irregular can ... と読んだわけです。 NOT と大文字になっているのは、「問題なしだからといって ・・・ だとは限らない」 という文脈の中で、普通なら 「問題なし」 ならスムーズの処理されるはずだという 「思い込み」 を強調するためではないかと （これも想像ですが） 考えました。 この解釈が正しいかどうかは分かりませんけれども ・・・

Even though labels are not required ,they are allowed ,but only when `truthful and not misleading`. おそらく上記の英文は成分表示をラベルにして張ることの是非が述べられてるというのは想像がつくの ですが、きちんとした具体的な訳までがわかりません。 長い文章ですが、訳していただけないでしょうか？

There are some pens .っていう文を否定にすると There are not any pens . ですが no=not any ということは There are no pens . でもいけますが noってのは 単数として扱うのではないのですか？ だから There is no pen . の方が良いのではないのでしょか？ 文的には 若干意味が変わって 両方使えるみたいな 話は聞いたことがあるのですが・・・
