B の構造： VO1O2 V = write O1 = the person O2 = what you would tell him if you were in the same room taking to him. 3. 「あなたが話しかけたい人」と訳せない理由を教えて下さい。 理由の１ 上に書きましたように間接目的語 O1は the person だけで、修飾語はありません。 理由の２ 直接目的語 O2 も、what は先行詞を含むので、自立した名詞節です。 理由の３ ですから、you would tell him が what 以遠を修飾する可能性はありません。 したがって、「あなたが話しかけたい人」とは訳せません。
